ROCK STARS Wood's Strength Rock Stars As we said in Wood's Strength, there are many different ways to find out how strong wood is. In Rock Stars, we'll test a piece of wood to find out how much weight it can hold! So, how will we test the wood's strength in Rock Stars? First of all, we want to recommend that you DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!! To set up this experiment, we'll need a piece of wood, a chain, a bucket, and rocks for weight. We'll "hang" the bucket from the piece of wood with the chain. See the picture to the right to see how this looks. Next, we'll add rocks to the bucket until the wood breaks! That way, we'll know how strong the wood is! You can help!
